You could also avoid driving by taking Marta to Arts Center and walking over to Atlantic Station or taking the free shuttle (if it’s still a thing after Covid) from there to Atlantic Station. Even more so if your job has flexible hours and you can avoid driving during the peak of rush hours as then most anywhere around midtown would be a fine commute to Atlantic Station. There are a few bottlenecks in that area on local roads, but it’s the interstates that are the real parking lots. To add to the other poster’s comments, traffic isn’t as bad if you can avoid getting on the interstate. If you can find a condo for rent at the Element or Art Foundry I would recommend those if you are looking for something a little quieter/safer. Someone staying at an Air BnB at The Lofts at Atlantic Station verbally assaulted me when I walked onto my patio across the street and then I saw him throw bottles at people walking around by the shops below. They inflate their Google reviews by periodically offering residents free guest parking validation stickers in exchange for 5 star reviews. They don't allow AirBnBs, but they can't seem to enforce it so there are lots of loud parties and drunk idiots around trashing the place.

In the one year I lived there, I dealt with constant trash/animal excrement in the hallway, horrible loud neighbors, getting robbed by a neighbor, and roach infestations.

I lived at 17th Street Lofts and it was one of the worst places I have ever lived. Whatever you do, don't live in the apartments above Atlantic Station (17th Street Lofts, The Lofts at Atlantic Station).
